This Privacy & Security Policy explains how BenanApp Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on Google Play (collectively, the “Apps”). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, address, or payment information. We do not knowingly collect data that directly identifies you. Certain non-identifying technical information (device type, operating system version, general region, app version, and anonymous usage/diagnostic data) may be collected automatically by the third-party services we integrate, in order to keep the Apps stable and to improve them.

2. Device Permissions

Some Apps request the following permissions strictly to provide their core functionality. Permissions are only used for the purposes described, and never in the background without your knowledge.

• Microphone / Record Audio — used only when you actively choose to record within an App. Audio is never recorded without your action and consent.
• Storage (Read & Write) — used to load the sound files an App needs and to save recordings you create to your device.
• Modify Audio Settings — used to manage playback volume and audio output while the App is running.
• Internet & Network State — used to deliver updates and to serve advertisements through our advertising partner.

You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Payments

Our Apps do not contain any in-app purchases. We do not request, process, or store credit card details or any other payment information.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To keep our Apps free, we display advertising provided by the Google advertising network (Google AdMob). These services may use device identifiers and similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. This data is handled solely to improve your experience and is not sold or shared with unrelated companies. Advertising and analytics are governed by Google’s own policies:

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are suitable for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by our Apps. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps or to legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
